Area Sales Engineer

Job Description
Danfoss has an exciting opportunity for a new colleague to join our Sales Organization in Danfoss Ukraine. As a Sales Engineer with passion towards B2B sales within the engineering field you will represent Danfoss and meet sales targets in the Central region of Ukraine in the Distribution channel.

You will become part of a Sales team located in Kyiv office.

Job Responsibilities
Your main tasks will be meeting sales plan targets and continuously grow market shares, negotiate for develop Distribution channel. You will also identify and build strong business relationships to wholesalers and installers, continuously sell Danfoss solutions to target customers to get Danfoss selected as preferred supplier. Having a good technical support from other team members about radiator thermostats and hydronic floor heating, you will also be able to focus on preparation and delivery of sales presentations, offers and negotiations based on value selling and customer needs assessment, being proactive in collecting data related to market conditions, trends, competitors and prices. You will daily work with Sales Force (CRM) system and actively participate in marketing activities.

Background & Skills
To Obtain This Position, You Must Have At Least a Bachelor's Degree And Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Sales Experience And Understand Promotion Strategy For B2B Products. In Addition, You Have

• Good communication skills, outgoing personality, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Strong execution and analytical skills, being goal oriented and competitive
• Travel mobility at the region/national level
• Ability to learn fast
• At least pre-intermediate technical English knowledge
