Business Consultant / Markets Analyst

We are Kyiv Consulting, a subsidiary of BDO Germany and a part of the BDO network, which provides in-house consulting and research & analytics services to the BDO network partners worldwide.

We invite a Business Consultant / Markets Analyst to join our Team.

The products and projects of the Research & Consultancy Team are of a wide range:

• Ad-hoc research
• Company analysis
• Market & Industry study/ Competitor analysis, and others

The industries of our investigation can be different, from green energy to fashion sector, as well as international markets - e.g., Germany, the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Australia, etc.

Qualifications:

• BCs or MCs degree in economics, finance, consulting, management, or related fields
• At least 2-3 years of experience in market research / consulting / analytics or related fields 
• Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
• English level C1, ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Strong critical thinking and research skills, excellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key responsibilities

• Participate in consulting and research projects as a team member
• Gather and analyse information, form and test hypotheses, develop and communicate findings to clients
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to identify relevant insights
• Utilise Excel functions to analyse data, creating visualizations to present research findings in a clear and compelling manner
• Develop business presentations tailored to project requirements: Market Analysis, Industry Trend Report, Competitive Analysis, Company Profile, Thought Leadership materials, etc.
• Participate in problem-solving sessions, suggesting solutions
• Conduct quality assurance checks on research data, analysis, and deliverables to ensure accuracy and relevance
