We are looking for a skilled Product Manager/Business Analyst to join our team on a part-time basis (0.5) with the possibility of transitioning to full-time. The initial engagement is for one month, with a potential extension. The project focuses on simplifying and accelerating the development of on-chain applications by streamlining blockchain integrations.
The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, optimize workflows, and ensure the seamless execution of digital solutions within the Web3 and Fintech space. A key responsibility will be acting as a bridge between the tech team and the client, translating business requirements into clear, actionable documentation for the development and design teams.
This is a position for one project, not in-house.
As this is a contract-based cooperation, the social package, including benefits like sick leave, days off, vacations, accounting, and necessary equipment provision, is not covered by Selecto.

Responsibilities
- Act as a bridge between the tech team and client, translating business requirements into clear, actionable documentation for the development and design team.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business needs into structured documentation for developers and designers.
- Collaborate with technical teams to define optimal solutions that align with client requirements.
- Analyze and improve business processes to enhance product efficiency.
- Work within Agile/Scrum methodologies to manage development workflows.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and improve product offerings.
- Test new features to ensure they meet business requirements.
- Communicate product changes to clients and gather feedback.
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Business Analyst.
- Background in Web3 and Fintech.
- Understanding of on-chain applications and blockchain integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex concepts into clear documentation.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
- Even if the candidate doesn't have prior experience with DeFi, showing an active interest in it or using it personally is considered plus.
