• You have a higher technical or secondary specialized technical education (motor transport);
• Experienced PC user, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Internet;
• You know the structure and operation of motor vehicles, including trucks and special vehicles and mechanisms;
• You have at least 1 year of work experience in a similar position;
• Stress-resistant;
• Sociable;
• Are you able to manage a team of drivers?

Your Main Tasks Will Be

• Control of maintaining cards for car tires and batteries, which are maintained by mechanics of transport stations in the program;
• Control of the installation of car tires and batteries on vehicles;
• Planning and control of the quarterly and annual budget for the purchase of car tires and batteries according to the management cards in the program;
• Providing invoices and certificates of road transport services provided to third-party organizations. Control of their payment;
• Providing invoices and delivery notes for the sale of scrap metal and used batteries according to the contract. Monitoring their payment;
• Preparation of technical specifications for the purchase of car tires and batteries;
• Accounting for the purchase, use, write-off and disposal of car tires and batteries;
• Formation of a repair plan;
• Entering acts of completed work of contractors into SAP;
• Filing claims.
  
  

Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
