We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Happiness Manager with strong communication skills and organizational abilities to help make our colleagues' office life even more comfortable.

What We Expect From You

• at least 1 year of experience in administration/event coordination/project coordination roles;
• responsibility and attention to detail;
• proactivity;
• patience with routine tasks;
• empathy;
• ability to prioritize daily tasks correctly;
• quick adaptability to changes;
• English proficiency at least at Intermediate level.
  
  

Your tasks will include

Administrative And Facility Support

• ordering food products (breakfasts, lunches, snacks);
• monitoring cleanliness and tidiness;
• organizing minor repair works;
• dealing with courier services;
• ordering oversized items (equipment, furniture, decorative elements, etc.).
  
  

Supplier Management

• finding new suppliers;
• maintaining communication;
• ensuring the quality of services and goods provided.
  
  

Payments

• managing office expenses;
• dealing with documents;
• making payments using the company's payment systems.
  
  

Organization For Colleagues

• in-house and out-house team building events;
• workplace organization both in the office and outside of it.
