Lead Performance Test Engineer

We are seeking a Lead Performance Test Engineer to join our team.

You will play a vital role in developing an Automated Test Suite as part of our Tech Debt Remediation Program across multiple Java-based projects. If you are passionate about performance testing and automation, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Develop baseline performance testing scripts for Java-based systems
• Capture and document baseline performance results to assess system functionality before modernization
• Integrate performance testing workflows into CI/CD pipelines for automated validation
• Identify performance bottlenecks and provide actionable insights for improvement
• Create comprehensive performance test reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure testing aligns with modernization goals
• Maintain and enhance existing performance testing frameworks and tools
• Participate in code reviews to ensure testing best practices are followed
• Support the team in troubleshooting performance-related issues
• Stay updated on industry trends in performance testing and automation
  
  
  

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in performance testing and scripting
• Experience in performance testing and scripting using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, K6, or similar
• Strong ability to analyze and document performance benchmarks
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline integration using tools like Jenkins or GitLab
• Familiarity with Java applications and testing methodologies
• Understanding of software development life cycle and Agile methodologies
• Fluency in English
