Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Backend Developer with expertise in Python and Go to join our team. In this role, you will focus on implementing complex backend systems. As a key contributor, you will work on innovative solutions to support our platform’s security, scalability, and operational excellence. Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a backend developer with a strong focus on Python and Go .
• Proven experience building complex systems and implementing secure coding practices.
• Experience working in microservices architectures and distributed systems.
• Strong understanding of API design, scalability, and system performance optimization.
  
  
  

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of security concepts, including secure application development/S-SDLC (Secure Development Lifecycle).
• Experience working with containerized environments and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Exposure to DevSecOps practices and security-focused development workflows.
• Cloud experience (GCP or other platforms) and IaC knowledge (e.g., Terraform).
  
  
  

Job responsibilities

• Design, develop and enhance complex backend systems, including security features like API security enhancements, robust authorization implementations, strong input validation, etc.
• Integrate dynamic secret retrieval mechanisms into applications, focusing on secret rotation and security best practices.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure systems.
• Review and remediate security issues found by security tools on the code to reduce the exposed risk of our applications.
