As a Release Coordinator in our team, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth, timely, and efficient software releases across multiple products. You’ll use your solid technical background and strong coordination skills to support the planning, execution, and monitoring of release processes, working closely with development, QA, operations, and business teams. Your ability to manage dependencies, foresee potential risks, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders will help keep our delivery cycles seamless. Responsibilities:

• Plan, schedule, and manage software releases across multiple products
• Collaborate with development, QA, operations, and project management teams to ensure smooth release execution.
• Identify potential release risks and dependencies, developing mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and resolve release-related issues promptly.
• Act as a central point of contact between technical teams, business stakeholders, and management.
• Provide timely updates on release status, risks, and post-release evaluations.
• Perform deployment activities, ensuring successful rollouts.
• Track release performance, document lessons learned, and recommend improvements.
• Generate release documentation, reports, and retrospectives.
  
  

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in software development
• 1 + years of experience in release management
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation tools, and version control systems (e.g., Bitbucket, Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with ChatGPT for solving issues
• Strong organizational and project coordinational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple releases simultaneously.
• Attention to detail, responsibility, and willingness to learn (this is the most crucial triad).
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Experience working in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
• Knowledge of any scripting languages of Python, Java, or similar
• Good English proficiency, both written and spoken.
