Job Description

• Be a leader throughout the Wix Ukraine Customer Care Team — understand our business, influence positive change to meet the business objectives, and help implement managerial and people-related strategies
• Partner with and coach our leaders in the areas of employee relations, recruitment, growth and development, wellbeing, change management and other areas of HR
• Work closely with partners and colleagues across different locations
• Identify people trends within the business, and work with HR colleagues and key stakeholders to design and implement solutions
• Participate in the final stages of the recruiting process while developing a strong partnership with hiring managers and candidate advocacy
• Multi-task on various projects and initiatives
• Promote Wix’s values and culture throughout the employee journey
  
  
  

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in HR Partnering, collaborating closely with leadership at various levels and individual contributors, preferably in a multicultural high-tech environment
• Proven track record of positively influencing leaders and their teams
• Great interpersonal skills and experience consulting managers and employees to get them through various situations
• You are a proactive, flexible, open-minded individual who is comfortable in a constantly changing environment
• Analytical skills and experience using data to support decision-making and drive change
• You’re a great team member, who can manage stakeholders across the globe
• You’re passionate about making an impact
• Fluent English (both written and spoken)
