Business Analyst (New York Time Zone — 10 AM to 4 PM)

Who You Are:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team and work remotely in the New York Time Zone (10 AM to 4 PM, Monday to Friday). The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing processes, and collaborating with the team to deliver Zoho CRM solutions tailored to our client’s needs.

Responsibilities:

Analyze and document business requirements and processes.

Translate business requirements into functional specifications for the development team.

Assist in the implementation of Zoho CRM and other related applications.

Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and recommend suitable solutions.

Provide continuous support and training to clients on Zoho CRM and other software.

Facilitate communication between the client, project managers, and developers to ensure successful project delivery.

Assist in creating use cases, wireframes, and prototypes for business process improvements.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong understanding of CRM systems (Zoho CRM is a plus).

Excellent communication skills, fluency in English (both spoken and written).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in the New York Time Zone (10 AM to 4 PM).

Experience working with remote teams and clients.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Zoho CRM integrations and customizations.

Previous experience working with SaaS solutions or cloud-based platforms.

Understanding of business processes and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
