Lead AQA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the testing strategy to ensure comprehensive coverage across systems and features;
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance management to testing teams;
• Drive quality assurance processes in alignment with business and technical requirements;
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts for both API and UI testing;
• Design, implement, and enhance test automation frameworks;
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous delivery;
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and report defects with clarity;
• Continuously optimize automation strategies for improved efficiency and accuracy;
• Maintain thorough test documentation and articulate clear automation strategies.
  
  

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in test automation (API & UI);
• Previous experience as an AQA Lead;
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC, and white-box testing techniques;
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks;
• Proven experience in setting up, documenting, and controlling testing processes;
• Hard skills in Playwright, TypeScript (is a must);
• Experience with Git and test frameworks;
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher.
