Marketing coordinator for Vilomix Ukraine

For strengthening the Vilomix brand in Ukraine, Vilomix Ukraine is looking for a marketing coordinator with strong marketing and coordinating skills. The position will refer to the CEO of Vilomix Ukraine. Further there will be a functional reference to and strong cooperation with the Vilomix marketing HQ in Denmark.

About Vilomix

Vilomix Ukraine markets and delivers premixes, vitamins, minerals, innovative additives and feed solutions for animal production – primarily pigs, cattle and poultry. The premix is produced in Denmark and sold via own sales people.

Key Activities And Areas Of Responsibilities

• Ensure a strong implementation of the Vilomix brand in Ukraine. With strong onboarding in branding guidelines, you will implement the Vilomix brand covering all items and platforms. You will be given training sessions from the Danish Marketing HQ in handling the Vilomix brand:
• Insight into BrandHub and all relevant brochure templates etc.
• Training in becoming editor of local website
• Intro to other shared platforms within the marketing group in Vilomix global
• Driving local website (vilomix.ua) in Umbraco – relevant templates and training will be given
• Implement marketing packages for international Vilomix products/concepts - sparring will be given from marketing HQ on implementation
• Member of the Vilomix (Special Feed) Global Marketing Group for sparring on the Vilomix brand (online meetings 4 times/year and 1 physical meeting/year)
• Develop local marketing plans with relevant activities to support the Vilomix brand and selected Vilomix concepts/products as well as local products/brands (in strong cooperation with local sales and technical colleagues)
• Coordinate all backstage activities on fairs: Pre event, implementing the event itself and post event
• You will be the prime responsible for developing and executing on the marketing activities for premix products and other feed solutions sold via sales people and distributors (involving both SoMe, newsletter, advertising, PR and trade shows)
• Via an agency or yourself you will do marketing and graphical work for branding local products
• You will coordinate translations into local languages and graphical work of marketing materials
• You will implement Vilomix knowledge concepts/products locally as phrased in the strategy
• You will in close dialogue with your local colleagues form the local marketing strategy and choose the right platforms given the target group
  

Your profile

We expect you to have a relevant education within marketing and/or communication. You probably have 3-5 years of experience from a similar position within digital marketing and coordinator of relevant marketing activities.

You have a proactive and structured mindset and is used to and comfortable with driving and coordinating tasks and projects across a team of both commercial and technical colleagues.

The office of Vilomix Ukraine is Zhytomyr West of Kiev. We expect you to live nearby so it allows physical presence in the office on the majority of the days. Remote work options are available on an occasional basis.

Expect visits to Denmark once a year.

Further Qualifications

• A relevant educational background within marketing or communication
• Speaks and writes Ukrainian fluently and speaks English so training from HQ can take place
• Basic graphical skills needed (knowledge on Adobe programs - InDesign and Photoshop) for setting up newsletters, SoMe posts and language version eg. brochures already set up graphically
• Structured and natural coordinating capabilities
• Outgoing and good at connecting and communicating
