Description

An American multinational broadcasting company who is looking for a Generative AI Lead Engineer to design, develop image and video generation systems across enterprise applications.

Requirements

• Design, implement, and deploy generative AI models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, AnimateDiff, ControlNet) leveraging platforms such as Fal.ai, Think Diffusion, and Hugging Face
• Build and maintain scalable, Python-based serverless functions and APIs to support high-performance image and video generation workflows
• Optimize model inference pipelines for speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness across GPU-based cloud environments (e.g., A10G, A100)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, product, and engineering teams to seamlessly integrate generative AI outputs into enterprise products and user-facing applications
• Fine-tune and customize pre-trained models using techniques such as LoRA, DreamBooth, and targeted training to meet specific business needs
• Support responsible AI practices by contributing to model governance, prompt safety, and ethical AI usage aligned with enterprise compliance standards
• Continuously monitor and analyze the performance, reliability, and scalability of deployed models, driving ongoing enhancements and expansion strategies
  
  
  

Job responsibilities

• 3–5+ years of experience in machine learning, with at least 1–2 years dedicated to building and deploying generative models for image or video synthesis
• Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience using key ML libraries such as diffusers, transformers, torch, and opencv
• Proven track record deploying machine learning functions via platforms like Fal.ai, Replicate, Modal, or within custom containerized environments
• Deep understanding of diffusion models, prompt engineering best practices, and model fine-tuning techniques (e.g., LoRA, DreamBooth)
• Comfortable working within GitHub-based development workflows and API-first architectures
• Practical experience working with GPU-based cloud infrastructure, including AWS, GCP, or integrated GPU solutions on specialized platforms like Fal
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
