About the role:

You will be responsible of establishing successful relationships with clients, taking the ownership of enhancing the profitability of the business line in agreement with wider company goals and strategy.

You will cooperate with other sales colleagues to ensure a smooth communication across various channels, the Product Line, as well as the Marketing and Customer Service team.

You will report to the Head of Electrical Retail MDA Ukraine and WB&SDA Ukraine/Caucasus.

Location

The role is based in Kiev. Travel is required to visit clients.

What you’ll do:

• Implementing the company's marketing strategy for the responsible customer.
• Developing and implementing a sales channel strategy aimed at achieving the company's goals.
• Identifying key actions to achieve the company's revenue and profit goals.
• Developing and launching short-term and long-term sales plans with the partners.
• Implementation of marketing communications.
• Developing effective relationships with partners.
• Providing regular reporting on business development.
  
  

Who you are:

• At 2 years of experience in a similar position within the domestic appliances industry
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical skills and financial understanding.
• Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Excel.
• Fluency in Ukranian. Knowledge of the English language is highly preferable.
