The Position

WAREHOUSE COORDINATOR

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine (warehouse)

Are you an expert in logistics and warehousing? Do you have a passion for efficiency and quality, and do you want to make a real impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? Then we are looking for you as our new Warehouse Coordinator!

What will you do?

In this key role, you will ensure seamless warehouse operations. You will guarantee that our products are dispatched on time, in full, and with the highest quality. At the same time, you will focus on cost optimization and operational excellence.

Your key responsibilities:

• Coordinating and controlling the entire process of receiving, storing, preserving, assembling and dispensing pharmaceuticals according to accompanying documentation, ensuring the effective use of human and material resources;
• Monitoring compliance with environmental protection and sanitary-hygienic regulations in warehouse facilities. Ensuring that warehouse staff comply with environmental requirements and minimize their impact on the surrounding environment;
• Ensuring the functioning of the Quality System and Occupational Health and Safety System within the scope of their responsibilities;
• Organizing and controlling the selection and shipment of pharmaceutical products to distributors;
• Handling customer relations in case of complaints or claims;
• Fulfilling other requirements outlined in the pharmaceutical quality system documents of Roche Ukraine LLC;
• Managing and analyzing warehouse documentation
  
  

Who are you?

You are a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who excels at building strong partnerships and creating value in the supply chain. Additionally, you have:

• -Higher pharmaceutical education (pharmacist);
• At least 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry;
• Certificate of qualification as a pharmacist in the specialty “Pharmacy Organization and Management”;
• Proficient PC user: Word, Excel, SAP;
• Knowledge of licensing requirements, legal documents related to pharmaceutical warehouses, GMP/GDP;
• Knowledge of English is an advantage
