Main Responsibilities
- project planning and coordination: setting deadlines, monitoring task performance
- maintaining project documentation: schedules, plans, reporting
- organizing communications with teams, contractors and partners
- budget monitoring and preparation of financial statements
- preparation of presentations, commercial proposals and technical documentation
- negotiations and cooperation with contractors, architects
- participation in tender procedures and preparation of tender documentation
- organizing the launch of projects and monitoring their implementation in accordance with plans and schedules
- quality control of work and maintenance of executive documentation
- higher technical education (construction, architecture, engineering)
- experience in project budget planning and construction schedule development
- ability to read project documentation (sections AR, KB, OV, VK, EO)
- experience in preparing technical specifications for contractors
- experience in participating in tenders on smart platforms will be an advantage
- Strong PC skills: MS Excel, PowerPoint, databases; knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project or similar programs would be an advantage
- excellent communication skills, organization, attention to detail
