Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Functional & Automation QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our team. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify system requirements and ensure that our software meets the highest standards of quality and performance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated tests to ensure the quality of our software products along with Functional and regression testing.

Job Responsibilies

• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results.
• Report bugs and errors to development teams.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium-TestNg(Java)
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Perform API testing using Rest Assured.
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs.
• Liaise with internal teams (e.g., developers and product managers) to identify system requirements.
• Participate in design and implementation reviews.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• 3+ yrs of experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG).
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java.
• Experience in Rest Assured API testing or POSTMAN.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
