Who we are looking for

Are you a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Creatio? Do you excel at designing complex CRM solutions? If so, join us as a Creatio Solution Architect to our Creatio Center of Excellence in Central Europe.

In this role you will be at the forefront of digital transformation projects, working closely with stakeholders to design, architect, and implement robust Creatio CRM solutions. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that our clients' CRM strategies are not only met but exceeded.

We're looking for you if you have:

• Extensive experience in designing and architecting CRM solutions on the Creatio platform (formerly bpm’ online).
• Proven experience leading complex CRM projects from concept to delivery
• Strong background in business process analysis, CRM customization, and system integration
• Experience in Creatio configuration, customization, and development, including the use of Creatio’s API and integration capabilities
• Proficiency in database management, data modeling, and ETL processes
• Understanding of enterprise architecture, cloud computing, and IT infrastructure
• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  
  

It is nice to have:

• Experience working in a consulting or an enterprise environment
• Existing or ongoing Creatio Certificate
  
  

Your future role

• Lead the design and architecture of Creatio CRM solutions, ensuring they meet the business requirements
• Work closely with local and international clients to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the Creatio platform
• Oversee the customization and integration of Creatio solutions with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality
• Define and enforce standards for code quality, solution architecture, and system performance
• Keep up with the latest developments in Creatio and CRM technologies
