Hiring process:

Requirements:
— At least 2 years of experience in a similar position for LATAM region
— Advanced Spanish language proficiency
— Experience in strategic content planning
— Proven work experience with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
— Understanding of key social media content metrics
— Experience in page moderation and reputation management
— Proficiency in Figma
— Knowledge of copywriting principles
Responsibilities:
— Planning and posting content for social media
— Creating and implementing a content strategy
— Moderating the content plan, aligning it with product releases and marketing
— Finding creative solutions to increase reach, engagement, and conversion
— Reviewing materials before posting
— Assigning tasks to content and design teams
— Creating UTM links
— Engaging with the audience and participating in creative sessions
Would be a plus:
— Native Spanish speaker ?
— Experience working in the iGaming field ( LATAM region)
