Job Description

What will be your key responsibilities?

Budget Planning And Control

• Implementation of the annual planning process for all Sales Department budgets at the channel level
• Implementation of the Sales Department overhead planning process
• Review and update approved budgets on a regular basis (1 time per quarter) or upon request.
• Analysis, forecasting, identification of opportunities, as well as development of recommendations for the effective use and reallocation of Sales Department investments
• Initiation of changes in business processes in order to improve the quality of planning and control of Sales Department budgets
• Development, support and improvement of operational reporting tools for managing Sales Department budgets
• Quality control of reporting data provided by Sales Department and Distributors on actual costs
• Communication and establishment of interaction with responsible Associates (finance department, etc.) to ensure high quality of planning and cost accounting processes of the sales department
  
  

Control Of The Implementation Of Trade Terms

• Ensuring the implementation of the Trade Terms between Mars and distributors
• Organization and provision of business processes related to the interaction of Mars with distributors
• Organizing and conducting audits of the implementation of current Trade Terms for distributors
• Identification of shortcomings in current processes and their optimization
• Control of document flow with distributors
