What you will be doing as Senior Finance Analyst:

• Oversee the P&L (both financial and commercial) and BS of the Grains business segment and ensure consistency in reporting across the organization.
• Collaborate with commercial leaders to analyze financial performance, assess business drivers, and provide insights for effective decision-making.
• Collect and present key financial and operational data related to the Grains business, ensuring actionable insights for senior management.
• Manage the monthly rolling forecasting process for the Grain segment, improving accuracy and reliability.
• Prepare analytical reports and presentations for senior management offering data-driven recommendations for business improvements
• Support the continuous enhancement of rolling forecasts and financial models to improve precision and effectiveness.
  
  

What do we expect from our future Finance Analyst?

• University degree - preferably with a major in in Economics, Finance, Auditing, Accounting
• Minium 5 year of experience as a financial analyst or in a similar role, preferably in an international company
• Data analytics skills – proficiency in big data analysis
• Experience in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling.
• English skills - minimum upper intermediate level
• Ability to communicate complex financial insights clearly to stakeholders
• Professional user of MS Office
  
  

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of SAP and OneStream
• Other accounting certifications (CPA, ACCA)
