The main role of the CTD Senior Procurement Specialist is to provide expertise, instruction, support to the Depot, PM & Logistics Operations team for the purpose of ensuring that CTD, procurement operations are well supported and that the team coordinates with Project Management to achieve the results that is expected accordingly to Contracts and Work Instructions
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Comparators & CTM sourcing for the related clinical studies
2. Internal Billing
3. BIS (Bought in Services) courier costs allocation in Maestro
4. Responsible for allocating all charges related with the procurement activities into Maestro respective references during periodical billing periods.
5. Work in contact with Marken accountancy team to arrange internal billing procedures for the expenses covered by Marken LLC which should be re-billed to another Marken office and but not limited to Marken LLC should be internally billed by another Marken branch for the expenses related with Marken RU depot.
6. In charge for BIS costs (Bought in Services) editing for the courier domestic jobs.
7. Support to daily operations if applicable (in reception)
8. XMPRO invoices registration back-up
9. Oversight of processing of shipment acknowledgment receipts.
10. Oversight of Filing of study shipment documentation and archiving support (procurement).
11. Post shipment notification to clients (procurement).
12. Management of procurement import & export: preparation of shipment export documentation.
13. Monitors the various supply chain performance measurement systems and looks for ways to make improvements
14. Ensures compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations regarding procurement and makes sure vendors are also in compliance
15. Resolves customer complaints relating to comparators/CTM sourcing and other procurement related issues.
16. Generation of purchase orders and other administrative tasks.
17. Training of team members
18. Stock control including periodic cycle counts
19. Reception of procured medicines and materials
19. Procured drugs labelling control.
20. Administration duties assigned by line manager
General
1. To adhere to all company Policies at all times.
2. To undertake any other reasonable duties at the request of the Line Manager or Branch Manager.
