Allmatics is looking for a Tender Manager with experience preparing both Ukrainian and international tender proposals. We seek a professional who is ready to take responsibility for managing tender processes and contribute to the company’s growth by securing new business opportunities.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience as a Tender/Grants Specialist or in a similar role.
• Proven experience in participating in Ukrainian and international tenders/grants.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for proposal preparation and communication with international partners.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and legal requirements for tender/grant documentation.
• Experience collaborating with technical teams, marketing, and sales to create effective tender proposals (as a plus).

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and submitting comprehensive tender/grant proposals on behalf of the company for participation in Ukrainian and international tenders/grants.
• Analyzing tender/grant requirements and ensuring compliance with all legal and procedural standards.
• Coordination of the tender/grants process, including documentation, budgeting, and deadline management.
• Monitoring tender platforms and identifying new business opportunities for the company.
• Collaborating with technical, marketing teams, and the sales department to gather necessary information.
• Maintaining and updating the database of submitted tenders/grants and their outcomes.
• Continuously improving the quality of proposals based on feedback and industry best practices.
