Your project: AdConnect. It is a business that specializes in building communication platforms, as well as SaaS solutions for traffic management and increasing user retention. Our project portfolio includes: web products in the social discovery, advertising network, SaaS solution for user retention. Our products have millions of users from all over the world – North and South America, Europe, Australia, and the list of markets is constantly growing.

You Will

• Facilitate partner onboarding and efficient usage of product features.
• Maintain long-term relationships with partners and ensure they meet KPIs.
• Improve partners' performance by using the existing KPIs and developing new ones.
• Conduct market research.
• Gather partners' feedback and participate in continuous product improvement.
• Resolve issues related to payments, fines etc.
• Work in close cooperation with Product, Operations, Marketing teams to ensure smooth operation of the business.
• Have an opportunity to become a Regional Manager.
  
  

From You

• Fluent in Spanish, both written and spoken (B2 or higher).
• You are ready to work in a startup environment and play a vital part in establishing the processes.
• We hate micromanagement. You are a self-starter who works efficiently, generates & prioritizes tasks without being told what to do.
• Successful experience in cultivating and managing relationships with various partners and stakeholders, demonstrating advanced skills in written and verbal communication, as well as strong negotiation skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated track record of achieving results.
• Proven ability to address systemic issues through problem-solving.
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
• Experience in social discovery/dating.
