Senior Data Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable and robust data solutions that support our business goals. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement data services, software access patterns, and data access layers
• Develop and maintain data models and schema registry/data contracts
• Design and implement event-driven architecture and streaming data solutions
• Manage full-lifecycle data management from ingestion to visualization
• Ensure adherence to data governance and data lineage best practices
• Integrate data from various sources and systems
• Optimize data retrieval and develop dashboards for data visualization
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver solutions
• Mentor junior data engineers and provide technical guidance
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in software engineering of data services
• Strong understanding of data modeling and schema registry/data contracts
• Knowledge of event-driven architecture and streaming data
• Experience with data integration and full-lifecycle data management
• Familiarity with data governance and data lineage principles
• Proficiency in technologies like NoSQL (Cosmo, Casandra), SQL, .Net
• Experience with GraphDB (neo4j) and Kafka
• Programming skills in Python
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
