Specialist of Buying Support Team (Shared services center)

KOSTAL Ukraine is stable growing company with more than 15 years history on Ukrainian market. Today KOSTAL Ukraine is a direct supplier of automotive components for different famous manufactures like a Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, Skoda, Seat, Ford, Tesla, Daimler, BMW, Renault and others.

For further development we are looking experienced candidates to fill the position of Specialist Buying Support Team (Shared services center).

Roles and responsibilities:

• Master data management (material master data maintenance, output maintenance).
• Purchase Order/Info record/Scheduled Agreement creation and maintenance.
• Sales Order creation/Cock pit processing.
• Price/Payment terms maintenance.
• Tool ordering / tool change ordering; incl. TAD maintenance).
• Fast PCB, etc.
• Maintain on Service desk requests (tickets) from internal and external clients (PCN, PTN, information notification (IN), creation of TVN inquires).
• Other activities related to Purchasing Operations Support Team scope: ad-hoc reports, mass communication to suppliers, certificate management in SAP, documents upload etc.

Candidate requirements:

• 2+ years related experience in operational / transactional purchasing. Multinational environment and Automotive Sector preferred.
• Higher education;
• Ukrainian, upper Intermediate level of English (B2) or higher (written and spoken);
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), and experience in working with different ІТ/CRM systems;
• Experience with SAP (required);
• Result-oriented, responsible and attentive to details, team-player;
• Open for new knowledge, quick-learner;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
