International Lawyer (Corporate matters)

We are looking for a talented and hard-working colleague to join our team in the position of International Lawyer (Corporate matters) 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

2+ years of professional experience in Corporate and M&A and/or related fields;

Experience in the role of corporate lawyer/corporate administrator with international jurisdictions (Cyprus, Hong Kong etc), as well as experience in opening, maintaining, and managing bank accounts, including handling banking relationships and compliance will be a plus;

Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills;

Highly motivated, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently;

Attention to detail, accuracy and care in a final product;

Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills in English (at least B2).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Companies registration, administration, and other corporate matters;

Managing day to day activity of companies incorporated under the laws of different jurisdictions;

Filling in the relevant documentation provided by providers;

Coordinating with external corporate and legal agents;

Drafting different types of legal documents (e.g. PoAs, SPA, SHA, corporate resolutions, services agreements, employment contracts);

Performing legal research on different legal matters and preparing relevant reports;

Managing banking relationships, including compliance of bank accounts.
