Customer Service Representative

What You'll Do With Us

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations at FMC’s Kyiv office. You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end customer service processes, including import and export coordination, document management, and logistics support. In addition, you will contribute to internal process optimization and participate in sustainability initiatives that reflect FMC’s commitment to environmental responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage import/export operations, ensuring all customs documents (invoices, certificates, sales agreements) are complete and compliant
• Coordinate goods registration, warehousing, and inventory activities, including monthly/quarterly reconciliations and annual stocktaking
• Support the end-to-end sales process, from agreement preparation to after-season rebate coordination
• Prepare internal documentation for sample releases and demo trials
• Participate in sustainability initiatives such as Agro Varta, focused on pesticide packaging disposal in cooperation with the European Business Association
• Ensure smooth operation through cross-functional coordination with legal, registration, customs brokers, and logistics teams
  
  

Your Qualification & Attributes

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a higher degree is highly regarded
• Solid experience in customer service operations, particularly within SAP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with SAP, AFO, and FIORI
• Strong communication skills, along with empathy, problem-solving ability, patience, and adaptability
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple documentation workflows
• Fluent English, both spoken and written
