The platform allows their users to focus on customer communication driven by naturally productive conversations using artificial intelligence.

YOUR ROLE

You will join AI & Research team which uses data and insights to power novel AI products and drive data-based decisions across the product team.

YOUR PROFILE

• Over 5 years of experience in utilizing data to address issues and make informed decisions, particularly in roles such as data scientist or product analyst.
• Proven history of successfully designing, prototyping, scaling, and launching data science solutions to tackle business challenges.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data handling, analysis, and visualization, with a particular emphasis on using Jupyter notebooks.
• Solid grasp of machine learning algorithms.
• Exceptional communication abilities; adept at transforming data into persuasive and actionable insights, with a demonstrated ability to drive change within a product-focused organization.
• Strong focus on customer experience and product development. You evaluate everything you create based on how it enhances the end-user experience and can effectively communicate how different approaches might influence product behavior.
• A mindset geared towards continuous learning. You are not daunted by new fields or technologies; you are willing to explore documentation, watch videos, consult with colleagues, and experiment to gain proficiency.
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams, including but not limited to Engineering, Design, and Product.
• Good communication skills
• At least Upper intermediate English or better
• Experience with Hex and LangSmith is highly desirable and would be a significant plus!
  
  

YOUR TASKS

• Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to build a deep understanding of the client's business, customers, and the problems they face.
• Work closely with the client's product leadership to influence product roadmap and strategy, driving collaborative discussions based on quantitative insights.
• Design and perform analyses or experiments to deepen the understanding of customers, uncover product improvement opportunities, provide actionable recommendations, and drive product decisions.
• Develop novel algorithms to improve customer service automation and customer support operator efficiency, working on problems from conception through design, prototyping, and shipping production features.
• Provide guidance to other teams about the best practices for gaining insight into product behavior and experimentation to improve product effectiveness.
• Provide mentorship to other data scientists through code and research reviews, documentation, technical guidance, and pairing.
