Lead React Native Developer

We are seeking an experienced Lead React Native Developer to guide the development of a new mobile product.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Development Lead for the Mobile team
• Establish high standards for code quality and ensure compliance within the team
• Oversee development activities and align them with project goals
• Collaborate on planning activities with the team, Product Owners, and Business Analysts
• Assess team capacity, prioritize effectively, and assign tasks appropriately
• Work with the Mobile Architect to design architecture within the React Native framework ecosystem
• Assist with staffing processes, including pre-screening and interviewing candidates
• Interpret API specifications and implement corresponding user interfaces
• Conduct peer code reviews and unit testing to maintain software quality
• Lead the design, development, and testing of mobile applications utilizing React Native as a cross-platform framework
  
  
  

Requirements

• Background in React Native with 5+ years of experience
• 3+ years of hands-on expertise in iOS and Android mobile application development
• Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional or Front-End teams
• Understanding of design patterns and principles relevant to mobile development
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SCRUM practices
• Expertise in Code Review Processes and Release Strategies
• Proficiency in React Native ecosystem technology stack
• Competency in Mobile Test Frameworks with experience in Unit and end-to-end testing
• Advanced skills in Profiling, Debugging, and using React Native Quality tools
• A proactive mindset for solving intricate and non-standard challenges
• Effective presentation abilities and the capability to clearly articulate reasoning
• Confidence to communicate ideas with clarity and understand diverse perspectives
• Strong skills in communication, with excellent verbal and written English at a B2 level

• Background in .NET Core development and databases
