About The Position

For an upcoming project (an AI-powered B2B data management system), the Levi9 Design Team is looking for a strong mid-level UX designer. You will join an end-to-end team of Ukrainian specialists, working closely with stakeholders based in the Netherlands.

While you will receive guidance and support from a Lead Designer, we are looking for a self-sufficient professional capable of taking full ownership of UX delivery. For this assignment, alignment between business and development is crucial, so strong facilitation and communication skills are essential.

At the same time, you will become part of our small community of UX enthusiasts with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and specialisations. Our UX department is a cozy space with well-established internal processes — a great opportunity to expand your knowledge, sharpen your skills, and enjoy the company of like-minded people.

Requirements

• A solid portfolio with 3+ case studies (besides high-fidelity screens, include some context, process snippets, UXR, design system artefacts, or similar);
• Good knowledge of modern design methods and practices;
• Proficiency in Figma (experience with Adobe Suite or Framer is a plus);
• Hands-on experience with design systems, including style tokens and documentation;
• Proven track record of direct collaboration with both business and development teams;
• A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics;
• Good English and communication skills.

• Experience designing complex SaaS or enterprise software;
• Real-world UX research experience (quantitative or qualitative);
• Participation in or facilitation of discovery workshops, design sprints, or similar sessions;
• A degree in design or an IT-related field.
  
  

Project details

The project involves expanding an AI-powered B2B platform that leverages enterprise data to automate documentation, ensure regulatory compliance, and optimize operational procedures. The platform is enterprise-ready, platform-agnostic, and integrates seamlessly with existing systems, supporting secure and scalable deployment across cloud and on-premise environments.
