Description

an American multinational broadcasting company who is looking for a Generative AI Lead Engineer to design, develop image and video generation systems across enterprise applications

Requirements

• 5+ years of industry experience in ML/AI, with at least 1–2 years dedicated to building and deploying generative models for image or video synthesis
• Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, or recommendation systems;
• Proficiency in Python and common ML libraries (PyTorch, opencv);
• Experience in production-level ML systems and MLOps practices (e.g., model serving, monitoring, CI/CD for ML);
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and data architecture;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
  
  
  

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure);
• Familiarity with data lake/warehouse tools (e.g., Spark, Snowflake, BigQuery).
• Academic background in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields.
  
  
  

Job responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of machine learning engineers and data scientists to deliver high-quality ML models and solutions
• Define and execute the ML strategy in alignment with company goals
• Own the end-to-end ML lifecycle — from problem formulation, data collection, model development, testing, and deployment to monitoring
• Design, implement, and deploy generative AI models (e.g., Stable Diffusion, AnimateDiff, ControlNet) leveraging platforms such as Fal.ai, Think Diffusion and Hugging Face
• Review and guide model design decisions, code quality, and experimentation standards
• Build and maintain scalable, Python-based serverless functions and APIs to support high-performance image and video generation workflows
• Optimize model inference pipelines for speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness across GPU-based cloud environments (e.g., A10G, A100)
• Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for ML applications
