We’re looking for a Graphic Designer with a focus on communication design — from concept to final visuals. Someone with a precise hand and a sharp eye — who thinks in images, works fast, and wants to create ambitious projects with a digital-first mindset and a strong sense of contemporary visual culture.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Portfolio with examples of work — required.
  
• Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects.
  
• Proficiency in Figma and other web prototyping tools.
  
• Experience working with AI tools for image and video generation.
  
• Understanding of social media design specifics: formats, tools, content types.
  
• Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace.
  
• Strong craftsmanship: deep understanding of typography and composition.
  
• Basic artistic skills: composition, color, light.
  
• A strong sense of contemporary visual culture.
  
• Precision, attention to detail, and ability to work fast without compromising quality.
  
• A constant desire to learn and grow.
  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Creating compelling visuals for digital channels (Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, X, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  
• Developing design concepts for marketing and communication campaigns.
  
• Adapting visual content for various communication platforms.
  
• Participating in brainstorms and creative sessions.
  
• Solving design tasks and making decisions within your scope.
  
• Collaborating with the content team, SMM, video production, and marketing.
  
• Ensuring consistency of all design work with the brand style while exploring new creative approaches.
  
• Designing landing pages.
  

Would be a plus:

• Experience with Cinema 4D or Blender.
• Experience in the esports industry.
