Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for the company, setting long-term goals and objectives to increase market share and profitability.
• Oversee all aspects of business operations, ensuring alignment with company values and strategic initiatives.
• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, encouraging team collaboration and professional development.
• Develop and implement effective strategies for business development and expansion in the industrial pneumatic market.
• Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
• Ensure financial sustainability by overseeing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics.
• Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.
• Lead and inspire a diverse team, promoting a positive and productive work environment.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role, ideally as a Managing Director or similar position within the industrial automation, pneumatic, hydraulic or mechanical sector.
• Strong understanding of industrial automation technologies, market dynamics, and business development strategies.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a focus on results and continuous improvement.
• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Driving licence and driving experience
• Fluent English or Italian
• Orientation on long-term cooperation
