Crewing Operator (Consultant)

 We're Hiring: Senior Operator (Consultant Position)
Location: Odessa Office (On-site only)
Full-time |  International Cooperation |  Salary: Based on Agreement

We are looking for a Senior Operator (Consultant) to join our crewing team in Odessa. The role includes cooperation with International maritime companies, supporting personnel search, planning, documentation, and invoicing.

Responsibilities:

• Search and select crew for international maritime projects

• Communicate with EU-based clients regarding open vacancies and crew planning

• Manage documentation, contracts, and travel preparation

• Handle invoicing and crew database updates

?? Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a crewing company in a similar role

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Knowledge of international maritime documentation and crewing procedures

• Responsible, organized, and able to multitask
