UAV Operator - Instructor

We are seeking skilled and motivated UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) Operators/Instructors to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of UAVs to support various missions and projects.

If you enjoy working with new technologies and being part of Flight Operations—soaring the skies on a daily basis—we’d love to hear from you! Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

• Operate UAVs in various environments, ensuring safe and effective mission execution.
• Conduct pre-flight, in-flight, and post-flight checks to ensure UAVs are in optimal working condition.
• Maintain and troubleshoot UAV systems and associated equipment.
• Collect, analyze, and report data gathered from UAV missions.
• Provide instruction on UAV operation, navigation, safety procedures, and maintenance during demo sessions for clients.
• Adhere to all regulatory and company safety protocols.
• Collaborate with team members and clients to plan and execute missions.

Qualifications:

• Technical background and understanding of UAV systems, components, and maintenance
• Strong interest in aviation and cutting-edge technologies
• High sense of responsibility and accuracy
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good knowledge of English
• Ability to work in various environments and adapt to changing conditions
• A technical degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Military background or veteran status—especially with combat flight experience—is considered a advantage

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to travel as required for missions and projects
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours when necessary
