In this dynamic role, you will shape compensation and benefits strategies that ensure fairness, compliance, and employee satisfaction. Reporting directly to the Rewards Manager, you’ll drive market benchmarking, manage employee benefit programs, and support key annual cycles such as budgeting and merit increases. This is your opportunity to play a vital role in driving employee engagement and business performance through effective total rewards practices.


As part of the Rewards team, you will:

  • Manage employee benefits (e.g. healthcare, perks).
  • Prepare daily and management reports on compensation and benefits.
  • Handle accruals and support financial closings.
  • Participate in salary surveys and market analysis.
  • Contribute to people cost budgeting and analysis.
  • Lead annual merit increase process in line with policies.
  • Track legal and market changes, recommend updates.
  • Take part in tenders, evaluate and negotiate benefit contracts.
  • Communicate compensation and benefits programs to employees.
  • Advise and support employees on C&B-related matters.
  • Work with HR and managers on salary offers for new hires/promotions.
  • Analyze compensation data and suggest improvements.


Our new team member needs to:

  • Proven experience in Compensation & Benefits or a similar role.
  • Solid understanding of pay structures, benchmarking, job evaluation, and grading.
  • Hands-on experience in managing employee benefits (e.g. healthcare, bonuses).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Skilled in working with compensation data and analytics tools (Mercer, Korn Ferry are a plus).
  • Customer-oriented, responsible, and results-driven mindset.
  • Ability to collaborate with HR and stakeholders to drive effective rewards programs.
  • Project management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Able to work independently and within a team.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills; SAP and 1C experience is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, finance, business administration, or a related field is advantageous. Relevant certifications in compensation and benefits are beneficial.
  • English level: Intermediate or higher.

The main office of the company is located in Velyka Dymerka. Corporate buses are provided from metro stations Chernihivska and Lybidska, and also, from the city of Brovary and the settlements of Velyka Dymerka, Bohdanivka, Kalyta.
