Senior Lawyer

We are creating efficient legal structures for the international operation of different types of business. The consulting company provides solutions to corporate customers. We are structuring assets, finance flows & taxing.

We want our senior lawyer to:

· Open companies in different locations (Europe, Asia, USA)

·Open accounts in banks and payment systems (EMI/PI) (IBAN and merchant accounts)

· Drafting and revising contracts, agreements and other legal documents according to international law

· Maintain non-resident companies

· Obtain licenses for non-resident companies (with local providers)

· Make a lot of phone calls and email communications with partners all over the world

· Build long-term relations with contractors, service providers and partners

· Research for new opportunities and issues according to clients’ requests

Qualifications for the role, we are looking for:

· Not less than 2 years of experience with non-resident companies formation and maintenance, license obtaining

· Not less than 2 years of experience with bank and EMI accounts opening and maintaining (initial negotiations with the banks and EMIs, filling KYC questionnaires, checking the quality of the documents and advising the clients regarding the sets of documents for account opening)

· Knowledge of international law

· University degree in Law

· Advanced English level

· Experience in team coordination

· Strong research and analytical skills

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Experience of international communications

· Ability to work, communicate and deliver at a high-quality standard

· Good communicator and negotiator
