Strong Junior - Middle Marketing Designer

We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Marketing Designer to join our team and contribute to the success of our marketing campaigns for us and our clients. Job Requirements:

• Experience: 3+ years in graphic or marketing design.

• Proven ability to design both digital and print materials.

• Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe CC, MS, etc.

• Experience with motion design tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.) to create dynamic visuals.

• Knowledge of AI-powered design tools and their application in generating and enhancing creative assets.

• Solid understanding of print design and typography principles.

• Capability to work with pre-established brand guidelines and maintain consistency.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented attitude.

• Portfolio showcasing your graphic design expertise, including print and digital work.

• Language: Intermediate or higher level of English is required.

Responsibilities:

• Create compelling and visually engaging designs to support diverse marketing campaigns.

• Develop visual identities for brands, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

• Design a variety of materials, including brochures, advertisements, flyers, business cards, and other marketing assets.

• Prepare designs for print and coordinate with printing vendors for high-quality output.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce assets for digital campaigns, such as social media graphics, email templates, banners, and presentations.

• Assist in creating and maintaining brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual representation.

• Provide support for website assets, blogs, and other online platforms.

• Stay updated on the latest design trends and bring fresh ideas to enhance our marketing efforts.

• Leverage AI tools to optimize design workflows and explore innovative creative approaches.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
