 About the Position: Recruiter (Owner Operators – Sprinter Vans)
 Location: Kyiv
 Type: Full-time
 Shift: 15:00 – 01:00 (7 hrs in-office, 2 hrs remote)

We are currently seeking a talented and highly motivated Recruiter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding Owner Operators with their own Sprinter vans across the United States.

Your mission will be to process inbound candidates, build lasting relationships, and ensure they have an excellent experience working with us.

 Responsibilities:

• Work with inbound Owner Operator candidates by reviewing and processing applications received via job boards, social media, and referral channels.
  
  

• Conduct interviews and complete background checks.
  
  

• Ensure all documentation meets company standards; accurately input new hires into our CRM system.
  
  

• Maintain ongoing communication with new hires to ensure satisfaction and performance.
  
  

• Generate weekly and monthly reports to track recruitment performance.
  Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working in English-speaking environments.
  
  

• English proficiency: Upper Intermediate (B2) or higher. Spanish at B1 level is a plus. Native speakers are welcome.
  
  

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  
  

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  
  

• Goal-oriented mindset with strong organizational skills.
