- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software development and/or quality assurance.
- 3+ years in a QA Architect or Test Automation Lead role, ideally in healthcare or regulated domains.
- Proven experience in building test automation frameworks from scratch using modern tools.
- Expertise in test automation for web, mobile, API, and backend systems.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline integration and automation in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Knowledge of test data management, mocking/stubbing, and test environment configuration.
- Familiarity with cloud-native test automation approaches and containerized environments.
- Experience with performance and load testing tools (e.g., JMeter, Gatling) is a plus.
- Strong documentation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication skills (at least Upper-Intermediate English).
- Ability to align QA strategy with business, regulatory, and technical needs.
- Experience working with regulated medical software (Class B or higher).
- Familiarity with HIPAA, GDPR, or other healthcare data privacy standards.
- Understanding of test automation for IoMT, embedded systems, or remote patient monitoring platforms.
- Experience with exploratory testing, usability testing, and risk-based testing strategies.
- Background in technical presales or client-facing advisory roles.
- Lead test automation strategy and architecture for HealthTech and MedTech solutions.
- Collaborate with client and delivery teams to define test automation requirements and frameworks during presales and project initiation.
- Design scalable, maintainable, and compliant test automation architectures for cloud and hybrid systems.
- Select and implement appropriate testing tools, frameworks, and infrastructure (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium, TestNG, etc.).
- Define test automation coverage for unit, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Ensure alignment with medical software regulations (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304).
- Promote shift-left testing, CI/CD integration, and test-driven development approaches.
- Develop proof-of-concepts and pilot test automation initiatives for new projects.
- Mentor teams on test automation best practices, code quality, and performance testing.
- Document test automation strategies, framework designs, and compliance processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including architects, delivery managers, and QA engineers.
