Demand Planner

We are looking to hire Demand Planner.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

• Create forecast for the assigned planning horizon, BU and/or Category Planning Groups by creating the statistical baseline forecast and enriching it with all relevant input from Sales, Supply/Operations, Marketing and Trade Shopper Marketing;
• Collect input for phase-in/out & promotions and manage the underlying process for the market and/or customers;
• Review and analyze historical sales trends, sell out, stock in-trade, research demand drivers, prepare forecast analytics and evaluate forecast results;
• Generate and validate NPI demand  plans with all stakeholders'
• Support all relevant functions in preparing, planning, communicating and revising forecast for LV and S&OP Meetings. Adjust forecasts based on meeting outputs;
• Monitor results and KPI`s (OTIF, Bias, FA) – analyze the root cause and define and implement improvement activities;
• Monitor inventories ( excessive, slow  moving and obsolete stock) and control effectiveness of corrective actions;
• Masterdata maintenance;
• Monitor of DCs stock and inbounds to ensure the creation of supplies in full and in line with promised dates;
• Close cooperation with Supply Planners;
• Manage reports on daily and weekly basic.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience:

• University degree;
• Experience & background – Supply Chain (FMCG), demand planner is preferred;
• Experience with system – SAP, IBP, Sales Planning and Analysis is preferred;
• Knowledge – MS Excel - advanced level;
• Good communication level of English;
• Key capabilities: team player, strong analytical and problem solving skills, presentation skills and ability to influence others, organization and planning, adaptability, collaboration;
• Personality - communicative, dynamic.
