In this role, you'll take ownership of testing processes, design and execute test cases, and collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and reliable releases. Step 1: Small assessment up to 40 minutes
As a first step, we ask all candidates to complete a short test, which is parted to a 20-minute IQ assessment and a 10-minute technical assessment, to evaluate key skills relevant to the role. This will help us gain a better understanding of your abilities.
Step 2: HR quick call
Based on your results, you may be invited to a up to 30-minute conversation with our HR team to discuss your expectations and fit for the role.
Step 3: Technical Interview
If you proceed, you will have a up to 1-hour technical interview with the hiring manager of the department to dive deeper into your expertise and the responsibilities of the role.
Final Results
Lastly, before making any final decisions, we will request from you to provide 2 contact references. Based on previous steps and references we will determine whether to send an offer.

Job Responsibilities
Test Design
- Create detailed test cases and scenarios based on user stories and requirements.
- Develop test data and prepare the test environment.
- Execute test cases manually and record the outcomes.
- Perform regression testing to ensure that new changes do not affect existing functionality.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential issues not covered by the tests.
- Write and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
- Update and refactor test scripts as needed to accommodate changes in the application.
- Participate in requirement review meetings to understand the expected behaviour of the application.
- Clarify any ambiguities in the requirements with business analysts.
- Ensure that test cases and scenarios align with business requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in manual testing.
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit) will be considered as an advantage.
- Understanding of databases and SQL.
- Experience with test case design and execution.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Time management abilities.
