As a Supply Operations Specialist working from Lviv, you’ll be at the heart of the action—the nerve center making sure our courier fleet is firing on all cylinders.
Your mission? Make things run like clockwork. You’ll enable deliveries, keep couriers on top of their game, and ensure everything flows smoothly—from pickup to drop-off. Think of yourself as the backstage coordinator, making sure orders land at doorsteps fast, flawless, and friction-free.

THE JOURNEY
- Recruit and train our Glovers (couriers)
- Be responsible for implementing processes and optimizing strategies for attracting and retaining Glovers
- Solve problems and provide support to Glovers
- Maintain documentation and contracts for Glovers
- Handle procurement, ensuring all Glovers receive their work kits and are ready to spread the Glovo brand
- Manage planning, general administration, and KPI analysis
- Communicate effectively with the local operations manager regarding processes and customer support operations
- Communication skills and the ability to solve problems quickly
- High motivation to work in a fast-growing startup
- An analytical mindset
- Excel skills
- Enjoy teaching and adapting new employees
- Good energy and love what you do, even on bad days
- Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
