The Technical Communication Office (TCO) at SoftServe is an in-house center of excellence dedicated to enhancing user interactions with technology through expert user assistance, technical documentation, educational content, and localized strategies.

TCO drives quality and innovation in technical communication, supporting people, projects, and client success, with a specialized COE team focused on delivering both short-term and long-term value across the TechComm expertise.

IF YOU ARE

• Experienced with at least 1 year of commercial experience as a creative writer, technical editing, communications, or a similar role
• Demonstrating an advanced English level
• Confident in creating, editing, and formatting various content types such as technical documentation, one-pagers, case studies, digests, and presentations
• Experienced with Microsoft Office applications (especially PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint)
• Adept at following brand identity and formatting conventions
• Aware of writing standards and best practices (Microsoft style guide)
• Comfortable writing for corporate platforms like LumApps and MS Teams, contributing to internal communication through engaging and concise posts
• Capable of maintaining consistency, structure, and clarity in both textual and visual elements
• Skilled in gathering stakeholder input and translation of business needs into high-quality deliverables
• Good at following established processes, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities
• Detail-oriented, flexible, responsible, and a strong team player, eager to dive into technical specifics
• Confident in communicating in English within a multicultural environment
  
  
  

AND YOU WANT TO

• Edit and improve a range of content including documentation, internal communication materials, and slide decks
• Create visually polished PowerPoint presentations and one-pagers that align with corporate style and tone
• Prepare content for MS Teams and LumApps platforms, including writing posts
• Support communication initiatives by contributing materials aligned with the broader internal communication strategy
• Assist in the maintenance and content updates of internal SharePoint sites to ensure relevance and usability
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency in all communication outputs
