We are seeking a highly motivated recruiter for our driver recruiting department. If you like to communicate with people on the phone and have a strong desire to be successful, this may be the opportunity for you.

Work experience in logistics will be a great plus but it would be awesome if you:

• have experience at HR/Recruiting position
• have English level higher than intermediate 
• feel comfortable working with a lot of data
• enjoy communication
• ready work from office: Kyiv, Beresteiska
• ready to work in schedule: Mon — Fri 15:00 — 01:00
• have strong verbal communication, decision-making, and negotiation skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Find and hire new drivers.
• Request and check all necessary drivers' documents.
• Keep all documents up-to-date.
• Surf the net to find and analyze new resources.
• Post adds and contact new applicants.
• Problem-solving and human touch.
• Daily reports to the Manager at the end of the shift.
• Must be able to read, count accurately, do simple math (add / subtract / multiply) and write legibly
