Customer Support Specialist in English

We are looking for a candidate for the position of a Customer Support Manager in English.

Our desirable agent criteria are : English language level-B1-B2 and above;stress-resistant; smart,ambitious,willing to learn and develop , enhance their knowledge and financial state.
 Our company can consider either with or without experience agents as we offer 5 days of internship . Internship is also paid due to the base. 
We work only with high quality base of interested customers from Canada.
Our clients have been working with us and keeping long-term cooperation with us through years.
Your duties on the position will be - inquiring and collecting information about our client;help with the registration of the client on our website and transfer to another department for processing;notification of completed work in the CRM - system.

Our office is supplied with generators and starlink for uninterrupted workflow.We offer comfortable working conditions with base and bonus system, schedule from Monday to Friday from 14:00 pm to 22:00 pm (+ taxi after every working day,which is paid by the company);corporate events, activities and team building; young, cheerful team, as well as a pleasant atmosphere without pressure, stress and other negative things;hot tea/coffee, sweets and fruits every day within your reach every working day ; company paid lunch every Friday.
