We are seeking a highly motivated, self-driven, and quick-learning Email Marketing Manager to lead and scale our internal email marketing initiatives. This role is not client-facing and is focused on developing our in-house processes and tools to improve lead nurturing, user engagement, and operational efficiency across our internal marketing channels.
While experience with Zoho Campaigns is a strong plus, we’re ready to train someone with a solid background in email marketing who is eager to master the Zoho ecosystem. If you’re passionate about digital marketing, automation, and using data to drive decisions — we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Planning:
- Plan and execute internal email marketing campaigns tailored to CRMOZ’s operational and business goals.
- Segment internal contact bases using CRM data to improve messaging relevance.
- Develop and maintain internal marketing calendars and workflow automations.
Campaign Management & Execution:
- Build, test, and optimize internal newsletters, sequences, and transactional emails.
- Design email templates and write compelling copy in alignment with our brand voice.
- Work closely with internal teams to coordinate email marketing efforts across departments.
Performance Analysis & Optimization:
- Monitor performance metrics (open/click rates, bounce rates, etc.) and report insights.
- Run A/B tests and implement findings to continually improve email effectiveness.
- Recommend enhancements to improve delivery, engagement, and conversion.
Content & Creative:
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure high-quality email visuals and messaging.
- Maintain consistency with CRMOZ branding and communication tone.
Compliance & Data Management:
- Ensure all campaigns comply with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other applicable regulations.
- Manage data hygiene and contact segmentation using Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns.
Continuous Learning & Adaptation:
- Quickly learn and leverage the full functionality of Zoho Campaigns.
- Stay up to date on trends in email marketing and CRM integration.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1+ years of experience in email marketing or digital communications.
- Hands-on experience with any major email platform (e.g. Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
- Understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and performance metrics.
- Strong copywriting and content editing skills.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret campaign data and act on insights.
- Eagerness to learn Zoho tools and adapt quickly.
- Basic HTML/CSS for email formatting is a plus.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Experience working with CRM data (Zoho or similar) is highly desirable.
