- Planning and coordination of a Field Service Engineers team;
- Proactive service and spare parts sales to end-customers;
- Developing good long-term relations with customers;
- Preparation of proposals, service contracts, invoices, and other relevant documents;
- Administration of warranty claims;
- To ensure that all Field Service Engineers are properly equipped with working tools, technical documentation, and labor safety equipment;
- To ensure that all safety procedures are adhered to on site as per the GEA & QHSE and local law requirements;
- To develop effective cooperation with sales department.
- Technical/Engineering University degree;
- 2 year experience in service of industrial equipment;
- Ability to read and understand technical documentation, like manuals, schematic diagrams, drawings, etc.;
- Advanced computer user, strong knowledge of MS Office;
- Good time management and organizational skills;
- Excellent attention to details;
- Good communication and influencing skills;
- Good multitasking skills;
- Driver’s license, category B;
- English language – B1, B2 level;
- Readiness to travel within Ukraine.
