Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for an Accounting/Bookkeeping Assistant for Svitla Europe for a part-time position (20 hours per week) in the Kraków area, Poland.
Remote work (20 hours/week) with occasional in-person visits to the bank if needed.

Requirements
- Experience in accounting support or administrative roles related to finance or invoicing.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with accounting offices, management, and team members.
- Fluent in Polish and at least an intermediate level of English, Ukrainian – considered as a plus.
- Ukrainians outside Ukraine can be considered, but with the Polish language being a standard option.
- Arrange all transfers, enter them into the system, and obtain authorization to make the payment.
- Handle incoming expense invoices – create and maintain a reliable process for receiving, saving, and uploading expense invoices for processing.
- Act as a contact person for Svitla’s accounting office on issues related to invoices (expenses and revenues), help collect missing documents, and provide details of selected transactions.
- Assist the accounting office in collecting relevant information and documents for periodic financial reports, and help track payments for selected expenses (receipts, invoices).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all expense receipts and invoices for Svitla Europe.
- Support Svitla staff in resolving accounting-related issues by liaising with Svitla’s accounting office or management.
- Carry out other accounting-related tasks as instructed by Svitla management.
